*If alcohol is going to be served, the renter must provide at least one licensed bartender for their party. If your event is going to include fifty guests or more, the renter must provide a City of Chattanooga events permit to include the Urban Lawn as the address of your event. All renters must sign The Urban Lawn contract, along with providing payment at the time of booking. An event date will not be held unless the executed contract and deposit has been received
